We want you to love your U.P. Moose gear — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.
🕒 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition (tags attached, if applicable)
- Returned with proof of purchase
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help — just let us know what you’d like instead when you contact us.
🚫 What’s Not Returnable
- Mystery Boxes
- Gift cards
- Final sale or limited-edition items (marked on the product page)
- Anything worn, washed, or damaged after arrival
📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange
Shoot us an email at jimmer@upmoose.com with:
- Your order number
- What you’d like to return or exchange
- A quick reason (helps us get better!)
We’ll reply with return instructions and let you know what to do next.
💰 Refunds
Once we get your return and check it over, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
